San Rafael Arcangel

This early to mid 19th century oil on canvas painting represents San Rafael Archangel, patron saint of eye ailments and safe journeys. San Rafael is almost always shown with his gourd, his traveler's staff, his cloak, and a fish, the latter of which he used to cure his father's blindness.
